Upgrading Sony Vaio Graphic Card

That laptop is better? (some games)?

So I'm looking for 2 laptops (Sony Vaio Vgn dv7t or HP Pavilion) and Sony has 4GB of RAM, 320 GB hardrive Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 with an ATI Mobility Radeon 3650 HD graphics. The HP on the other hand has 4 GB of RAM, 320 GB hardrive, Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 512 MB ATI Mobility Radeon 4530. Which would be better to run the games (do not bother to upgrade just to play on high settings) and Sims 3, The Orange Box, Oblivion, or prototype?

The Sony is better. 3650> 4530 The 4530 is newer, but it's a newer lower end cards. Also, Sony is a very competitive price. Check out the marks of little more than if not already.
