Sony Vaio Vista Recovery Disc
Sony Vaio Vista Recovery Disc
What to do with my slow Sony Vaio?
My Sony Vaio Laptop (I did not have me because I'm at work, but I think the model is VGNFW130E) is almost 3 years old and has been very slow lately, especially in Internet Explorer (Firefox works fine though), and Windows Explorer. Has Vista and do not come with system recovery discs (my boyfriend thinks not, but I'm 99% sure he did not and was supposed to create my own, never did). I've tried to clean the hard disk, defragmentation, and scanning for malware, I think they only need to back up my files and do a system complete restoration. The problem is that I have a system restore disk and when I never made the team. Is there anyway to access configuration factory through the hard drive? Besides, I know I need to back up photos and documents, but if all my music is on my iPod that is not itself serve as backup? Thank you!
