Sony Vaio Xp Recovery

after onset. I try to use Restore C drive recovery tools, at which point it restarts and instead of continuing with the restoration just restart Windows. I also tried to use my recovery CD, but it just skips the cd during boot. Ive reset the BIOS settings defect, but no luck Thanks. Anyone have any idea?!

First update your antivirus or (if you are not confident enough) download a version of of an operating system so that the user can solve what is preventing the operating system to function normally. As the full analysis of the C drive and delete any virus found.
