HELP AT & T DSL "Limited or no connectivity," plus the rest of my computer is slow!?
About 2 months, my 160GB hard GB on my Sony Vaio desktop crashed. I'm not very technical, so bear with me ..... I have Windows XP, 512 MB of RAM and a processor with 2.6 GB 300 GB of memory. Before the hard drive crashed, everything went fine. Now every time I try to launch an application, it takes awhile to load (Office, Quick Books, etc.). My use of the Internet has also become very slow. In the lower right corner, the message "Limited or no connectivity." I called AT & T and not think it's a matter of DSL, which I think there is something wrong with my PC. I do not use a wireless router. Can anyone tell me how you can check to see what is causing the problem? I use Norton and have not been problems. Thank you!
