Sony to Dell - Sony is worth the extra $ $?

I reduced my laptop hunting two models: Sony Vaio Cw21fx ($ 800-850) or a Dell Inspiron 1464 series ($ 600, on sale). Both have similar specs: 14.1''screen, Core i3-330M, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500 GB SATA, Windows 7, etc. The series CW has some "extras": a dedicated graphics card, Gigabit Ethernet, a Firewire port, Bluetooth, HDMI output, B / G / N Wireless (Dell has a "mini half g-card "). I have no doubt that the Vaio is a" best "system, but my question is ... is $ 250 more? will last longer? Is really worth the extra money?
