Start Sony Vaio Safe Mode

I have a Sony Vaio Notebook and when lit, started running CHKDSK / F to check the hard disk.

I stopped and restarted my computer laptop and now he does not turn at all. Clearly the Windows error recovery and usage, even running in safe mode or any of the options I offered. I have also tried restoring my laptop using the recovery utility from Sony, but is said to have no restore points. You can not afford afford to lose what I have in my drive and wondered weather the CHKDSK / F has to be run again to resolve the problem but no longer know my usual home team.
