I bought Sony VAIO - VGN-FS415B the UK 10 months back. I lost my warranty card as I traveled a lot. Without it, I can not register my product with no track record and I Vaio get support. I'm in a death lock. 1 months ago, my VAIO forcfully crashed and I had to reformat the disk, but I have to use my warranty service to restore back to factory condition. Unfortuenate Another thing is that I had not made the recovery disc. Sony is the only company stupid sick whcichw not give us adisk one recovery preapre ask users for their account. Please understand my situation and help me know where I can get the warranty on my VAIO number.
