Sony Vaio Vista Won’t Boot

Sony Vaio Vista Won't Boot

New laptop broken after 2 hours ...?

NS20E I bought a Sony Vaio 3 days ago and no longer works. I booted up and running all the things that always makes a new laptop. After that they proceeded to install Kaspersky Internet Security and has since been impossible to use. One thing that did was uninstall McAfee that comes with, however Kaspersky seemed to make this for me, but seems to have disappeared. I've managed to uninstall it, but again not all is uninstalled. Things are not going to do: - When you select a program to open, it will not open then I can not click anywhere else - The clock on Vista, the new / bar news right hand does not open - not shut down - I can do a system restore, not open to do so - the shelter does not fully open, no text or icons appear. Only the white boxes and greens. To break in the first couple of hours failed to create restore disks. Any help will be very Welcome! Thanks in advance

did u try running in safe mode try this go to start and click Run then type "msconfig" without quotes go to the last tab at the top that says startup and disable anything that says then restart McAfee or Kaspersky and see what happens
