Sony Vaio Vista Upgrades

How can I get Windows 7 in my Sony Vaio, which currently runs on Vista?

So I just bought a Sony VAIO computer, running on Vista. when I bought it, said it could improve for free, when new windows went out. I'm not sure how. there is a cd that we need, or is online?

You will be sent a CD (DVD most likely) for install. Then you can upgrade easily. But check with the person who bought it to see how to get Windows 7 disc.
