Update my Sony Vaio Laptop .... need advice?
So I learned that would have to send my laptop Sony to improve the RAM / hard drive / video card. Is this true? I've never opened a laptop in any case before he had need to do this by an expert who has 1 GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 7400, and a hard disk of 105 GB. You definitely need to upgrade some components. I suggest that improving the RAM to 4GB for development and improvement of the hard drive of 150GB. You can not upgrade the processor, it would be like buying a new computer. If the laptop uses a Core 2 Duo Centrino processor, then you need not upgrade the processor. Why are you to mail it to Sony? Can not you put them in person? You are risking your laptop to be stolen or missing when it is sent. A lot of people pull pranks like that sometimes get their way. Before you start sending your laptop to anyone, first contact Sony if they have that type of service and if you really must send it through email.
