Sony Vaio Video Card Compatibility

Installing a graphics card in my Sony Vaio?

I recently bought a Sony Vaio. Is compatible with HD and I noticed that now not have a video card installed, but rather an Intel ® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD. More information on the computer can be found here: The http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9084475&st=sony+vaio&lp=4&type=product&cp=1&id=1218017927561 first part of my question But can you even install a video card in this computer and / or have to get the Graphics Media Accelerator? And secondly, if I install it, which will my computer can not make pictures in HD? The graphics card is to install the NVIDIA GeForce 6600. Thank you!

You can update the cards desktop graphics in a laptop. The only way to improve the graphics on a laptop is to enter a specialty store and have the old chip and put a new one but you will never get a good graphics as a PC.
