problems with the laptop ????????
I already have a Sony Vaio VGN-UX280P and saying error loading the operating system and called Sony and they told me I have to do recovery VAIO so I went ahead and did it and stopped at 31% and a messege came "error 400 occurred when restoring system. can not continue. Click OK to resart recovery disc 1 and select "Full System Restore" to make a full recovery system. I clicked OK, and began the actual process of what I do need help not only experienced anwsers only stupid answers please and thank you
Frankly, it sounds like the recovery partition has become corrupt ..... I have a Sony Vaio, too. I have not had to make a recovery. Putting data recovery on a partition is a cheap way to do it ... They should have a floppy disk instead of relying on a disk partition. Perhaps, if pressured, can do for you. Is this a warranty claim?
