Can I upgrade my Graphics / Video on my Sony VAIO desktop?

I have a Sony VAIO VGC-LS1 is from 2006. I have a great need to improve graphics / video by installing a video card. I play games on my system and I noticed that the performance is very good, but the graphics are terrible (Well, not so bad, but it is irritating). Now, I'm not very computer savvy, but I'll give some details of my system. The computer it is all in one. The hardrive and all components are in the case of Monitor. It's basically a three-piece unit, the computer / case / monitor, mouse and keyboard. No, I think you can because this model is not like the traditional desktop, it's more like a laptop where you can not change the graphics card.
