What is the best UMPC (ultra mobile PC)?

I'm trying to save up for an Ultra Mobile PC for college and wanted to know that I join should be toward savings. So far I've been watching the OQO 02 and the Sony VAIO UX390. Vi Samsung Q1 Ultra but it seems a bit too slow in processing power. At this point I want to know about the alternatives before making a decision. Factors that I think about processing power, size (smaller than a normal laptop, but do not want any less than a 5-inch screen) and looks (does it look shiny and classy, or like the matte and dull). If no better alternative point me in the direction of the best. I heard the Sony VAIO UX390 better performance, but it looks more gray than the OQO 02 and the screen does not look so bright. Could Sony be the best call? Does the extra processing power to make a difference big enough?

The Sony VAIO is considered the best UMPC for many publishers, reviews, etc. As for the extra processing power to make a difference, depending on the application.
