How to transfer songs recorded (user files) from the Yamaha keyboard to the computer?

I have a Yamaha PSR-E403, a Sony laptop Vaio, and a Monster USB cable to connect them. I installed the keyboard software that allows me to transfer information using the USB cable. I have songs recorded in the keyboard you want to transfer to computer for editing and publishing through Sony Acid. But what I can see through the option menus and manual, only shows how to transfer files from computer to keyboard, but not vice versa. Basically I need to know how to transfer user songs from the computer keyboard. And if possible keys to be playing live and also transfer this information.

This sounds like the manual transmission of states of the computer the keyboard only. You may want to call it Yamaha. Good luck.
