Hardware Up-Grade Increase Ram and hard disk space.?
Hello I have a Sony Vaio, which is about 5 years old. Lately, with all facilities of new programs I've added to the computer it has been reduced drastically the performance of computers where it freezes constantly. The team has a drive partition on which the main C: drive, only 15 GB (4.37 GB of free space) and the D: drive has 37.2 (30.9 GB free). The team has 248 MB of RAM and a 2.02 GHz processor I want to upgrade to a single 350GB Drive and 1 + GB of RAM is possible?
If you are running a series of new programs (on all security software), should consider getting a new PC with the specifications you mentioned rather than upgrading the existing PC. Many of the systems older simply can not accommodate a large hard disk, and if you have a lot of freezing, you're probably overloading the CPU and RAM.
