Changing the battery LNT

After a long period of implementation later, the vision of the moon as we drove home tonight, was enough for me to change the battery in the LNT module on top of my Meade LX90. It was not long and was easier than the instructions that led me to believe it would be. The change was followed by some recalibration (as needed) and everything seemed work quite well.

The alignment is not perfect, but it has become a race and I hope it will be fine as I can take longer.

Also I tried to connect the D300 to the scope. The result being a huge improvement over the D70 as the exposure metering works - which proved useful in saving time and lost images again, the biggest problem was getting the focus on ground - but that's something I have to work.
