Sony Vaio - overheating!?
My Sony Vaio, over recent days burns. Too hot to even touch and a strange crunch comes from the speakers within 20 minutes of it being the switch. I'm not very good with laptops, so that the heat and the sound comes from the right corner ... possibly in a hard disk is? Can anyone help me solve this!? Its not new, over a year old. The fan is still going well. Ill try to shore up and see if it cools a bit usually just sits on my lap ... any other advice? thanks so far.
Often there is an overheating in laptops when they block the vents or the fan slows down or not. The first thing to do is have clean holes, unfortunately this is very difficult in many Sonys which may have to get a laptop repair shop for help.
