Sony Vaio Sound Device Problems

audio device problems How can I fix it?

I have problems with my audio playback device sounds so considering that when I play a song or something happens to me sometimes no sound and I am lucky to get sounds, but after restarting my laptop so why does this happen and how can I fix it? BTW I have Sony Vaio Vgn-CR23G / R please help!
