Buying a laptop adaptable?

I am planning to buy a new laptop and want it to be customizable. One is as is Sony Signature Series Sony Vaio in the U.S.. Unlike country will have different ranges of products and, of course, Aus Sony does not have one I like. Sony USA also do not ship to USA out. Does anyone know what company or persons in Aus may request such products and carrying Aus. I am willing to pay the full price (handling, Shipping and tax). RSVP
