I had to send my Sony Vaio Laptop repair, I get a new one?
I bought the laptop January this year, so we still was under the original warranty of 1 year. I bought it at Best Buy, if that matters. I started having trouble with him some months ago and has intensified since then. That eventually led to a kind of repair and the guy told me to take me back to Best Buy and have it send to be worked. Apparently, the CPU fan not working at all and is overheating. I took it to Best Buy yesterday and they are sending to Sony in San Diego to be repaired under warranty. My question is what will really repair it or I will send a new one in its place. I had a Vaio desktop computer about five years ago that had problems and ended only gives me a new one. I would like a new - that would be impressive. What do you think will happen and / or what happened?
if its the CPU fan after most definitley fix or, more specifically, to replace the fan welcome, lol
