I have a Sony Vaio Vgc-RC210 Series I let Best Buy do the install now my computer a virus?
or something that will not pass the initial screen of Windows. So I thought it would only make the installation CD again and all Best Buy gave me recovery discs was, I tried without luck. I called and I said they did not have the installation disk you have to use the recovery disc that should boot disks. Does anyone know how to do it because I can not pass the screen with "safe mode, last good configuration, etc." Thanks!
Restart the laptop with the recovery disc inside and run the disk to automatically at startup. If you can not get it to work, then you should call Sony technical support for further assistance.
