I need a new graphics card?

Ok, I'm not really worrying about the price, if high, I'll pay. I have a Pentium 4 computer is an old Sony Vaio Pcv-rx860, with 480 MB of RAM. The processor operates at 2.4 GHz. I do not know how to open it to see what slots I have, but I have a card SiS 651. (It's terrible soooo bad ..) I can run DirectX 9.0c, but because they have hardware texture and lighting, I can not touch anything. The games I play are Knights of the Old Republic 2, Star Wars Galaxies, True Crime New York, pretty much I want to know I can run games 2004-2006. If you know what card slots I have, I like to know. Besides, I need more RAM?

We definitely need some more RAM. for the latest games, at least 1 GB prferably 2. 2.4 GHz is starting to be in the lower, but still can play some games with him either.
