A graphics card improve desempeà ± o PC?
I have a Sony Vaio Pcv-rx860 and has 32MB of video memory are preinstalled on the motherboard. I was wondering whether to update this card by adding a new over 256MB or 512MB AGP will increase PC performance? I mean graphics high speed not prudent.
YES, increase the speed at which your computer operates. This is due to face your PC is the graphics processing, but is doing on board. If you add a dedicated video card that will have its own RAM that is used only for video purposes. Now your computer is using 32 MB of the plate mother, and some of your system RAM, which slowed exponentially. By adding a dedicated video card, out of system memory available for the system to use, and to take all charts of the processes outside the CPU and leave for the graphics processor to do for himself. This allows the computer: the CPU do its job in fact, just do the mathematical process that is designed to, and let the system RAM to do their job of not having video images in their banks cache. doing so will increase the system speed.
