What is wrong with my PC? Virus maybe?

First make an analysis in safe mode see below on how to access it. Then do this. First, go to run / type msconfig / then startup / then anything that looks strange uncheck "if you are unsure what is distancing itself from Google just to be sure some of them are necessary for XP to work. Hopefully this will stop it from loading all the time. Then turn off System Restore from Start / Right Click My Computer / Properties / System Restore and turn off System Restore. So as a reboot will do a scan in safe mode, you can do this and before restarting the boot screen is to press F8 repeatedly until a black screen appears with instructions. Choose Safe Mode and start loading equipment in safe mode.
