Sony Vaio Pcg K35 Laptop
Laptop CPU slowly dying?
I bought this Sony Vaio Laptop (PCG-K35) in late 2004 and in 2007 became very slow after 2 new teams desktop that I have decided that this laptop might still be useful. I've come to the conclusion that there is a virus which is slowing down due to my computer laptop after booting up in 5 minutes the computer becomes extremely hot, touching the side of the laptop near the fan, it burns a finger, so I think a component in the laptop is dead and I think its my cpu, because I can not even play games that I use to play on it. When I try, much delayed, then it becomes fine for 5 seconds and then goes back to late. His being so bad that I can not play videos on YouTube without the video delay. What I know if the CPU is causing the problem is that if some of its other components.
Its probably not the CPU. Its sounds like you need simple maintenance. If your virus / spyware free, There are a couple of things that can get your computer working faster. If you use your computer for normal stuff and not gaming. That does not always need more memory RAM you only have to perform a few maintenance task. First, if you have not cleaned your registry in a while. This is necessary. The registry contains all the information on upgrades, installs, install the United Nations, etc. Each of these events produces a key. That key needs your PC's resources and free space. Thus that if you clean your registry, make more money for speed. Make a record if you scan more than 20 errors you should clean 2. http://www.delete-computer-history.com/what-is-the-best-registry-cleaner.html. Delete the cache files of Windows, this is your temporary file. It can grow to a large volume and stop your computer from using RAM properly. In a sense slow to prevent use free space. Here's how: 1. Quit Internet Explorer, Firefox, or any other web browser 2. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then Double-click "Internet Options". 3. On the General tab, click the "Delete" Temporary Internet Files. 4. In the Delete dialog box files, click to select the "Delete all offline content" check box and then click OK. 5. Click OK. 3. Manage your startups. His excessive CPU usage is due to too many programs running in the background. You can cut these barebones altering your msconfig. Here's how: 1. Open the Start menu. 2. Click Run 3. In the command screen type "msconfig.exe" 4. In the "Configuration Utility system, "click" service "or" startup "tab 5. Uncheck all programs that you no longer use. 6. Click" OK "
