Temps laptop, and Cooling Pad.?

I have a Sony Vaio PCG-K25 notebook. It has been running hot lately. I downloaded speed fan and I am getting the temps ... HD following: 133 * F Temp: 145 * F hot air at the back of the computer, but according to fan speed I'm 0 rpm of any fan in the notebook. I have about an inch high on my desk for now. It would help with the cooling pad temps? How hot is too hot? The team has never been closed due to high temps, but I will not ruin anything.

I think they really should consider getting a fan cooling. I did some research, and the good seem decent to really help with the temperatures. Try newegg.com, they have some great deals at refrigeration fans. Heres I just found a little expensive, but I'm sure you can find one cheaper http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834998051 not understand how you're going to 0 rpm of your fans however, are not working or something?
