Sony Vaio Partition Table

How can I make an exact copy (partitions and all) of a hard drive to another?

I have 2 Sony Vaio (VGN-T160P). In one of the Vaio to the partition table is shot. I tried to reinstall Windows from an installation CD I had, but do not know how to install some of the drivers and Sony will not give them to me. They said they would pay $ 50 for a recovery CD. I'd like to copy the hard drive of the first to the second Vaio Vaio so I have my recovery partition again.
