Im looking to buy a laptop to replace my desktop. Meaning Im looking for better specifications what you have. (not a desktop repplacement notebook). I like both the SR and VAIO FW. However, the HP HDX16 or dv4t will be cheaper with similar configurations. Im looking for 4GB of RAM P8700 2.5GHz, anywhere from 250-500GB hard drive. (I have an external anyway) so I guess my question is. It's more than worth spending in a VAIO as my momey too. I just do not want to be dissapointed and spending sorry. (VAIO settings I want is around 1300) im looking for something really portable with a large amount of power / speed and a good graphics card. If there is a VAIO then recommendations are appreciated. Wil VAIO reliable and lasting at least 2 years?
I have a Sony Vaio Pink. I've had for over 2 years, almost 3. It is very good, easy to write on, has enough USB ports, the screen is very clear and pleasant design. Sony is a trusted brand EXTREMELY .. unlike HP was a man who was using an HP laptop and it overheated and fire on him while he was in his lap. You now have 3rd degree burns.
