want to buy a laptop battery series Sony Vaio Pcg-TR3?

I bought a Sony Vaio Notebook in Singapore in June 2004, now I want to replace the battery. SONY VAIO PCG-TR3-SERIES MODEL NO: PCGA-4A1P, BATTERY MODEL: PCGA-BP2T. I contacted Sony Spain for that, but he is saying This model is available in India and can not import the battery to the models in that it is not in, I tried on the Sony VAIO and Singapore also given site consultation them too, but until now have not received any response from them.
