Restore factory settings on my Sony Vaio?
My friends threw her dog off the couch and now when you switch, then the screen Vaio stays black. I've even gone to bed leaving the screen like that to see if there is anything that would pass on the night was left with only a black screen. my VAIO is not new, is about 3 years and has done this before, and I restored to factory settings, just do not remember what I did on site. I tried CTRL> F8, Ctrl> F10 and other things to simulate. I just can not remember. Since only the display is black after page of VAIO, I do not know when to push button, or if I'm down, or they form? or what. Please help me out: (I do a lot of business to work on my computer and I need it. Heres some detail VAIO Sony Windows Vista 64-bit (I think) Model: PCG-5j2l I really appreciate it <3
