Is this mini laptop / notebook / netbook a good buy, can I upgrade the RAM? Sony VAIO W11S1E Mini Notebook?

However, only has 1 GB of RAM, although running in place of W7 XP or Vista so you do not need as much, 1GB may cause a small problem running some programs they require. ie, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Acess. I built my own PC so I have some experience with electronics, I will be able to upgrade the RAM modual to 2GB? Thanks in advance, 10 points best answer!
