PC with touch screen which should I get?

To add a TRO I replace my existing desktop PC that I have had for 7 years and I would get a new one with the latest technology such as Bluetooth, Blu-Ray, Windows 7, touch-screen capabilities (since it is the direction in which desktops are heading) and partly as I am looking to get a HDTV and thought it would be cheaper to spend on any of these two, as I get the two into one desktop and a new HD TV can also equip my PS3 in high definition and experience of both ...
