Trying to free up RAM?

I'm trying to free up RAM on my new Sony Vaio CS290 and wondered what startup programs not need to run, here is a list of what I have currently running. Hello, The best option is to go to task manager and sort by memory usage column. This will tell what programs are being eliminated in the amount of 'go'. My opinion.
