questions about Intel Centrino Core Duo?

I plan to buy a laptop and I was looking fujitshu, Toshiba, HP and Sony VAIO more but I got be confusing to Intel Core 2 Duo T5800, T5750 and P8400, P7350, etc, etc, so I did some research and found that the T5800 as fast P7350 2.0 GHz.so what is different between these two? which is better? please tell me and thank you very much!
