how to enable the headphones on ?!?!? sony vaio

the headset is even with my speaker. im getting pissed i dont know where the control volume mine is the mixer control Coz .. any difference?

Are they USB headphones? Have you checked if they are "normal" the headphones are plugged into the headphone jack? Need more information for proper treatment
