Sony Vaio Laptop - Big Problem?
My Sony Vaio Pcg-GRT996ZP not start. When I press the power button will not start. I can hear it working, But all that get is a blank screen. This happened before, and Windows says it wsa to do with RAM and it is most likely caused by a problem with the hardware. I need help because now my laptop is not working at all. Its a couple of years.
The best option is to contact Sony. They are usually pretty good (once you can get through them!) Since they have such a high level to maintain. Does rather depend on how old it is though as to how much help you might expect.
