Of the three you listed, I would choose # 2 in Windows 7 Pro OS. The two others are using Vista, which is undoubtedly one of the worst operating system to be launched from Win95. Every word in Windows and Pro is that is so good, or better than XP Pro The price seems high on the Sony. But you can find below, much cheaper in a shop prices online catalog. You should also consider comparable models from Lenovo, and lines of HP, or Toshiba. If you are concerned about the use of the machine drive, could be considered a Toughbook too. Expensive, but extremely robust to survive accidental drops and such.
