Laptop should I buy?

Hello. I'm going to be a student of IT. They give me an option to buy a Sony Vaio Vgn-CR CR353G / L or a MacBook laptop Apple. Not knowing what to buy. Can anyone help me here?

If you are going to be a form of practice, then chances are you will end up in a job using Microsoft software, maybe a bit of Unix / Linux, Apple, and maybe a little. However, you may think that I will suggest you buy the Sony, in fact I would buy the Apple Bootcamp and dual boot with Windows XP (which of course have to buy XP as well). That way you have the best of both worlds:)
