I have a Sony Vaio Laptop ... HELP!?

I found a big problem with formatting my Sony Vaio laptop one .. I use a dell cd ... therefore can not install Windows because it does not have a Dell BIOS ... so now my laptop is well .. nothing in it ... Where can I download the files so you can create a CD that I can install ANY Sony VAIO system on my laptop. Agreement with the bad drivers and all that later. But 1 have to get a set of Sony on my laptop. Please help!
