How to resolve Windows XP Fatal Error c000021a?
My Sony Vaio Laptop has crashed with a fatal error c000021a, it will not boot at all. When lighting up or blinking an illegal operation message or not some kind or restart loop until the screen turns blue from the list of errors. You can not even booting in safe mode, as the keyboard is frozen and not working. Is there any way to fix this, I am a complete computer beginner, but I have some documents important, irreplaceable in that country. Thanks in advance, all assistance is appreciated.
