New Sony Vaio black screen does not start and shows?
Hello I just received my new Sony Vaio Vgn-nw150j today. I put the battery and plugged in power. The orange light turned on in the image of the battery. Then, I tried to turn it on, the green light next to the battery instead, and then all the lights off and my laptop only showed a black screen and never returned. What do you think is the problem and what should I do? I contacted Sony support and I am still waiting for their response and
Try to boot using the battery only (I think you've done that too). Most likely, this is a hardware problem. Nothing to do instead of going downtown Sony service or repair.
