Sony Vaio Notebooks ... confusing!?!?
Hello, I just bought a Sony Vaio AR320E laptop and have just updated my BIOS. The processor is designed to be a T5500, but when I go to device manager shows T7700 2.ghz instead of T5500 1.66Ghz its supposed to be, what's up with him? It was a T5500 for beginging, and now in the Device Manager is a T7700. The BIOS I downloaded directly from Sony for this exact model:)
Are you sure you have the correct version when flashed the BIOS? It is strange that his computer still works. It was their really a 2.0ghz laptop when you bought it? Looking for best for another flash set for your laptop and re-flash with the right settings, or your computer may stop working all of a sudden.
