Sony Vaio FZ AR or should I?
I'm looking for a AR series laptop, but the Sony FZ Seri. Both are good notebooks, but the AR is slightly better with the larger screen, specifications, etc. I'm really in multimedia such as movies, music, etc. and I also like photoshop, vegas and design applications. Any ideas on which to recommend?
As you said, both are excellent and really portable personal preference, but I would seriously look at the FZ for most people. Reason: 17 "laptop will have a big screen heavy is difficult in these hinges (more likely to carry out). It is heavier to carry everything, and the screen will suck the battery dry in a big hurry. The 15 "FZ weigh less, last longer and are another burden. Of course, if you like multimedia make sure you have the FZ with the 8400GT graphics! (If you get the Intel GMA'm pretty sure he will regret). General you will be happier with the AR, if you are looking for a desktop replacement that does not move from one place to another. I think I will be happier with the FZ if you're looking for a laptop thought to be more portable and mobile.
