I am thinking of buying a Sony Vaio, but I have no idea of what's guarantee will cover. That would guarantee delivery service with accidental damage protection during handling. With my computer up to date with Dell service, I had the opportunity to obtain a "new" hard drive to replace the broken, no additional cost. I had to send one back to them. Will Sony do the same? Some things I read about the service they gave the impression that Sony will try to blame the person and not fix it, even if its under warranty.
Sony is not gona listen to any of the words ur in period I guarantee a bad experience with Sony Any way Good luck!
